    • Candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of operations management at a hotel / resort type of property and have been responsible for Profit and Loss of same.
    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

    *Offering compensation in the $90K to $100K range; to be determined and commensurate with experience


    Hotel Operations Manager

    The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimum performance and continual growth. This position coordinates, directs and manages all employees and operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency, while maintaining Corporate standards. This position works directly for the Board of Directors.

    We seek a dynamic individual who will be engaged with all the properties and manage with a “hands on” approach. A minimum of three to five years’ experience in hotel management operations is preferred.

    The Hotel Operations Manager will be overseeing the hotel, room allotment, meeting and event space, as well as multiple restaurants and bars. In addition, there are residential and rental properties and sale of real estate involved with the responsibilities.

    Goals and Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and manage the business initiatives through process management.
    • Create, implement and maintain business processes and related policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement forecasted goals and budgets for revenue, monitoring performance to track growth and opportunities to increase revenue.
    • Build partnerships to promote all the business entities through marketing and new business development, creating an external network to draw upon.
    • Work internally with business partners and business development/marketing staff to promote the properties and the corporate mission.
    • Identify, recruit and hire top talent to successfully drive business goals.
    • Manage performance to promote a culture of excellence and growth while keeping employee satisfaction.
    • Oversee Guest Experience programs.
    • Manage technology initiatives including e-commerce strategies.
    • Oversee website development.
    • Responsible for project management of improvements to be on time, on budget and to the desired standards specified
