    Requirements:

    Having experience in customer service, sales, call center, or hotels is great but it is not required. Our primary qualifications are a great attitude, good communication skills (especially listening skills), and the ability to quickly navigate web pages.

    Training is part-time in the evenings. After training you will work a part-time schedule composed of night and weekend hours.

    As a Call Center Specialists, Hotel Reservations at our North Charleston Reservations Office you will: 

    • Answers calls from guests all over North America interested in staying at any of our hotels. 
    • Provide elite customer service to our guests while trying to match them to the hotel that best meets their needs. 
    • All calls are inbound, calls are from guests who are interested in staying at our hotels. 

    Training for this part-time class is paid (of course) and will begin in May. Training will be in the evenings and all part-time schedules will be nights and weekends.
