    Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager

    • LEAD THE RESTAURANT TEAM
    • MANAGE THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS
    • WOW THE RESTAURANT GUESTS
    • GROW SALES and MAKE MONEY !!
    • Ensure GREAT Guest Experiences from greeting to service to cleanliness
    • First point-of-contact for the team and guests - questions/ concerns, etc 
    • General inventory and ordering
    • Ensure compliance with all system standards
    • Uphold high standards for food preparation and presentation
    • Develop, implement and assist in sales building initiatives
