    • BS/BA degree in related discipline or a combination of education and experience required. 
    • 5+ years of experience in the food service industry including a few years in a supervisory role. 
    • Excellent computer knowledge, including Micros touch screen experience. 
    • Must be available weekends and holidays. 
    • One must have effective management and leadership abilities. 
    • Extremely detail and multitask oriented. 
    • Excellent customer service skills. 
    • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length. 
    • Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift bus pans and trays frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.

    • Manage the outlets staff on a daily basis to ensure consistency in performance standards and guest satisfaction. Support the Crowne Plaza hallmarks and standards. 
    • Manage daytoday outlet activities.
    • Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance. 
    • Educate and train team members in compliance with brand standards, service behaviors, and governmental regulations. 
    • Ensure staff have the tools, training and equipment to carry out job duties. 
    • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. 
    • Coordinate scheduling, staffing, check Timesaver, and other human resourcesrelated actions in accordance with company rules and policies. Assure timely and courteous service to guests. 
    • Solicit guest feedback to improve presentation and service quality. Assist with addressing customer questions and issues relating to outlet services. 
    • Assist Outlets Director with planning, food and beverage coordination, table arrangements, decoration options, etc. Monitor competitor and industry trends. 
    • Ability to cross function in every position in the dining room and outlets. 
    • Ability to perform general cost functions. 
    • Maintain cleanliness of the office area. 
    • All other duties as assigned.
