    Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
    Job Description: Our Hotel Assistant General Manager will be responsible for helping our General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property. The AGM will ensure that all brand standards are being met in all areas of our property. He/She will assist other managers with scheduling versus hours/occupied room goals along with making sure staffing levels are appropriate to exceed our guests' expectations. The Assistant General Manager will oversee the operation of property departments and maintain current federal, state, and local licenses and permits. Being able to help our employees understand the evolving needs and expectations of our guests is an essential part of the Hotel Assistant General Manager position.
