    Requirements:

    Position Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of current experience in extended stay housing, hotel, apartment, real estate or like service industry with a focus on customer service and guest experience
    • Experience in a role responsible for oversight of standard operating procedures and staff management and development is a must



    Education:

    • BA, BS, or Associates degree from an accredited college or university with concentration in hospitality is preferred
    • Experience will be considered in place of a degree

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities Include

    • Manage the placement of reservations to achieve the highest occupancy percentage
    • Sell to maximize profit
    • Ensure leads are being followed up on
    • Review daily arrivals
    • Work with Revenue Manager to ensure the highest ADR, with the highest occupancy percentage
    • Experience with competitive strategies in the marketplace and understand the competition
    • Facilitate strong communication between Brand Ambassadors
    • Ensure client apartments reflect brand standards
    • Participate in budget process
