    While performing the duties of these jobs, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.     Guest Service Representative (GSR)

    Works Part-Time. Provides friendly and responsive front desk service to guests, while also ensuring that guest payments are collected and processed in a reliable and timely manner.

    Greets guests, assists them with check-ins and check-outs, registers and assigns rooms, issues room keys/cards, transmits and receives messages, keeps records of occupied rooms and guest accounts, makes and confirms reservations, presents statement to and collects payments from departing guests. 

    Ensures that all service provided is consistently prompt and courteous and designed to meet high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

    Cleans the lobby and public restroom; washes and folds laundry; and assists other staff in preparing check outs to be guest ready.

    Responds to any/all emergency situations (police, fire, emergency responder, weather, building Ð electrical outage, water line breaks, etc.) in a timely manner.


    Night Guest Service Representative (Night GSR)

    Works Part-Time. Provides friendly and responsive front desk service to guests, while also ensuring that guest payments are collected and processed in a reliable and timely manner.

    Greets guests, assists them with check-ins and check-outs, registers and assigns rooms, issues room keys/cards, transmits and receives messages, keeps records of occupied rooms and guest accounts, makes and confirms reservations, presents statement to and collects payments from departing guests.

    Head Room Attendant

    Works Part-Time. Maintains hotel rooms and public areas in a guest ready state. Works closely with the General Manager and other hotel staff to clean each room to brand standards, including inspecting every room to ensure it is guest ready. 

    Head Room Attendants perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks in the hotel, cleaning both guest rooms, public spaces, and at times performing the duties of overnight/on-call, and/or Guest Service Representative. Work shifts vary by day and week and depending upon business needs. 

    Besides performing the duties of a Room Attendant, the Head Room Attendant acts as a trainer and leader for other Room Attendants. The Head Room Attendant helps stock carts; ensures personal protective equipment is used, and that cleaning supplies are properly used.

    Room Attendant

    Works Part-Time. Maintains the hotel and hotel rooms in a guest ready state.  Works closely with the General Manager and the Head Room Attendant to clean each room and hotel public spaces to brand standards ensuring guest readiness.

    Performs a wide variety of cleaning tasks in the hotel including cleaning guest rooms and public spaces.  Washes and folds laundry and occasionally performs the duties of the on-call overnight shift.  Work shifts vary by day and week and depending upon business needs. 


    Maintenance Tech (MT)

    Works Full-Time. On call for after hours and weekend emergency calls. The Maintenance Tech (MT) primarily focuses on keeping the property operational.

    Duties include carpentry; plumbing; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing and repairing kitchen appliances and PTACs; and repairing interior and exterior walls, siding, roof, landscape, concrete, interior carpet, floors, and stairs. Depending on business needs, MT may be asked to prepare rooms and assist with cleaning duties. The MT is personally committed to ensuring all known issues are repaired at the end of each shift of work.
