    The primary responsibility of the Representative VIP Lounge is to check guests in and out of the hotel, settle the accounts, and provide concierge services. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

    • Assist VIP casino, hotel, and convention guests with hotel registration, hotel check out, and concierge requests in person and over the phone.
    • Assist Casino VIP and Casino Marketing Executives by ensuring that their guests' reservations are accurate and up to date.
    • Assist guests with billing inquiries to include casino revisions.
    • Maintain a cash bank for all cash transactions; ensuring accuracy of contracted monies. Keep bank secure at all times.
    • Be and stay knowledgeable to suggest and confirm all dining and entertainment venues in the Las Vegas area, including but not limited to: restaurants, golf courses, spas, nightclubs, and tours.
    • Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest's satisfaction.
    • Provide excellent service consistent with ARIA's core service standards and AAA 5 Diamond service.
    • Proactively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
    • Practice teamwork, create a positive work environment, greet fellow employees and thank them when they lend assistance.
    • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task.
    • Completion of assigned daily tasks required to support the daily operation.
    • Be able to describe and enroll guests in the M-Life loyalty program.
    • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the VIP Lounge Department.
    • Participate in the property's corporate social responsibility initiative through energy conservation, the use of recycling programs and materials, and philanthropy.
    • Be knowledgeable of all of the hotel room types, rates, packages, availability, and expected arrivals/departures.
    • Perform all other job related duties as requested.


    • At least 1 year of guest service experience.
    • At least 6 months of experience handling multi-line phones.
    • Ability to be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
    • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
    • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize.
    • Fully understands the importance of a 5-Star and 5-Diamond rating.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
    • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.


    • At least 1 year of VIP Services, Front Desk, or Concierge experience.
    • Current Notary Public designation and rights.
    • Ability to speak other languages.
    • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
