    It is the primary responsibility of the Concierge to provide unparalleled service which will create guest loyalty. This is accomplished by creating experiences through arranging dining reservations, show reservations, spa appointments, transportation arrangements, cabana reservations, golf tee times, floral and amenity arrangements, providing directions or city information, and all special requests as deemed appropriate by departmental management. All duties will be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

    • Positively greet, interact and assist guests in a professional manner.

    • Provide excellent service with the company's core service standards (S.H.O.W. Service Basics) and brand attributes.

    • •Exhibit a professional demeanor and willingness to assist all guests.

      •Answer property questions and accurately promote all property amenities and venues including rooms, restaurants, shows, retail outlets, M Life, casino events, property promotions, directions, etc.

      •Contribute to a positive, empowering work environment by consistently performing assigned day-to-day responsibilities.

    • Respond and assist with guest conflict resolutions in a timely manner and anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve any potential challenges.

    • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multitask.

    • Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of guests and limit request for information pertaining to guests in accordance with hotel policies.

    • Complete all duties in accordance with property standards and adhere to all company policies and legal requirements regarding safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees and the property.

    • Promote, up-sell, and cross-sell all MGM Resorts venues and outlets while keeping in mind individual guest needs.

    • Process all guest requests and respond promptly and discreetly to guest inquiries.

    • Coordinate guest itinerary prior to the guest arrival for requests received via phone, text, email, or fax.

    • Participate in the property's sustainability initiative through energy conservation and recycling programs.

    • Performs all other job related duties as requested.


    • Must be at least 21 years of age.

    • At least 1 year of guest service experience.

    • Excellent customer service skills.

    • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

    • Professional appearance and demeanor.

    • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Able to communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.


    • At least 2 years of customer service experience. 

    • Associate Degree in a related field from an accredited university or a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration. 

    • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
