The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process.     Position Description

    This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the friendly, professional and efficient registration and account settlement of Hotel guests commensurate with the demands of a 4-diamond resort, assisting in satisfying guest requests and resolving guest issues, and supervising and performing Front Desk Agent and Rooms Control functions.



    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • This position wil be two overnights shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) and three varied shifts (AM or swing).
    • Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Desk Agent at a comparable quality property;
    • Supervisory experience preferred;
    • SPG/Marriott experience preferred;
    • Excellent communication skills - oral and written;
    • Excellent guest service skills;
    • Knowledge of computer programs utilized in property management;
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays; and stable work history required.
