    Lead transformation projects that aid the development of a best in class revenue management capability. Provide tool support and product administration to ensure that tools operate correctly. Identify and solve problems between systems and end users. Provide analytical support of ongoing client optimization consulting and reporting engagements, maintaining operational reporting and analysis efforts, and supporting the ongoing development of reporting and consulting deliverables. Support ongoing organizational growth through ad hoc, internal analysis as needed.

    • Support ongoing innovation and improvement with CWT's supplier management practices, methodology, and consultative deliverables in assessment, design, optimization, and change management.

    • Analyze reporting, data, and industry trends and lead development of recommendations for supplier optimization and value proposition support.

    • Partner with internal and external resources to build upon current operations reporting and efficiency metrics. Act as a liaison with internal operations team. Communicate to ensure tools are operating correctly.

    • Manipulate supplier and benchmarking data using reporting systems and/or MS Office products to deliver desired analysis.

    • Create new and innovative tools to drive yield management strategy and enhance value proposition as well as pull data from already created reports.

    • Participate in and contribute to industry updates and marketplace analysis.

    • Provide guidance to other users of data mining tools as necessary.

    • Liaise with other departments as necessary to insure format changes and client specifications are adopted and implemented uniformly.
