    The Manager, Brand Management will be a primary hotel touch point to support long term customer centric service processes for assigned properties in North America. Your 5+ years managing multiple properties in the boutique, resort, premier or upscale hospitality industry along with some franchise operations experience might be the right fit for this role.​ Communication with our development, sales, marketing and revenue management teams will ensure successful results for the assigned hotels. Your attention to detail will also be utilized to ensure that property guests are provided with an experience consistent with the Best Western brands, specifically in the upscale comp set.

    We will rely on your experience, and communication skills to establish operational plans which maximize revenues, services and profits. As such you will create action plans for activities and consult with the principles for each hotel to sustain proper governances where applicable.

    A love of consulting and training is vital as you will provide training around all facets of hotel operations and quality to owners, management and staff in the field. Importantly, you will motivate and develop on-site hotel leadership by assessing strengths and weaknesses and provide appropriate developmental and training opportunities. Your top-notch written and verbal communication skills are crucial as you act as the primary liaison among all internal organizations and assigned hotels. You'll need to establish smooth lines of communication with the various groups you will support, including hotel owners and staff, as well as departmental management and other areas of the company. 

    We look for you to bring at least 5 years of multi property upscale hospitality experience 3 of which are in management, and your qualifications are complete for this role if you possess a CHA or CHT certification. Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and revenue management is also an additional requirement, as well as the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
