    As Marketing Manager in our consumer group, working from our headquarter office in Phoenix, Arizona, you will have primary responsibility for the relationships with our OTA business partners. Focusing on analyzing the market and competitive environment across all of our key partners, you will be responsible for process improvement and new partner on-boarding. This role gives you the perfect opportunity to have a major impact on a leading organization by developing and leveraging relationships with staff, member hotels and strategic partners.

    A strong business savvy is needed to keep up and adapt to this dynamic and quickly changing environment.  Strong communication skills will not only enable you to interact with a wide variety of internal and external partners, but will also ensure that you function effectively within a matrixed environment.​ Project management skills will be essential to your success as you manage multiple projects, programs and/or processes to ensure the strongest outcome for the organization. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected and if you bring the ability to navigate in Salesforce.com, you will hit the ground running. The position will require up to 20 percent travel both domestic and internationally.
