    Solicits and responds to companies, organizations and individuals to contract private dining events in hotel restaurants. Coordinates the prompt, courteous and efficient fulfillment of these events to satisfy the customer's needs and maximize the hotel's profits.

    As a Restaurant Coordinator, you would be responsible for soliciting and responding to companies, organizations and individuals to contract private dining events in the hotel's restaurants. Coordinates the prompt, courteous and efficient "delivery" of these events in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Promote, solicit and respond to leads by telephone or direct conversation with existing clients as well as solicit and develop new clients for private dining events to be held in the hotel restaurants and bars.
    • Courteously answers incoming phone calls from persons inquiring about rental of rooms and purchase of on-site (hotel) food.
    • Attend events booked and liaison with on-site contact
    • Prepare proposals, contracts and REO related to the private event.
    • Manage set up directions with F&B department. Meet/Greet events
    • Attend REO meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operations
    • Submit a weekly sales summary to Director of F&B and Director of Restaurants with account notes
    • Other duties as assigned by management
